I respect others, and I think that you only get back respect if you give it. People can see through what you say and do if it is a facade. You can’t demand respect; you earn it. Setting an example is important. I believe that I should practice what I preach and model the behavior that I want from other people. I do not believe in asking my staff to do anything that I am not willing to do. If things go well, I lavish praise on everybody. When things go badly, I accept the responsibility. I know that those around me are mature enough to recognize what I should assume as my responsibility and what I do not need to, but as the leader I accept it all.

I really liked making ϳ 30 ϳ Walking the Talk things happen, working for a cause, and being committed to something. When I commit, it’s because my conviction runs deep.
